A classic slightly tangy, smooth mozzarella.  Grates, slices, melts. This cheese melts perfectly in lasagna, pizza, casseroles and fondue. No chalky taste/texture. Sharpness rating of 1/5.   7 oz

    I had given up on vegan cheeses and tried this on a whim to support Colorado business… BEST DECISION! This tastes just like dairy mozzarella initially, with a bit of extra tang in the after taste that might throw you off at first, but I didn’t mind. It’s so good! I made a bunch of caprese salads and sandwiches with this and when eating with those other ingredients, I couldn’t tell the difference between this and other dairy mozzarella. A first for me with vegan cheese, especially when eaten raw. I did not try melting this cheese, or cooking it at all for that matter, but I’m sure it’s delicious. Can’t wait to try the other cheeses as my faith in vegan cheeses has been restored!
